Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-store pickup is available for Ship to store purchases. . Pickups are available During Regular business hours . You will receive and email when your item is delivered to Franklin County Distilleries Facility. Please call to make sure your item has been delivered. After confirming your item in at our facility please come in and ask one of our staff to assist you.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free standard shipping on non-sale items
during special promotions for Event Winners, Promotional Winners, Give away items for attending special events at Franklin County Distilleries Facility. .
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
3 to 10 business days
|Under 50 LBS||$20.00|
|50 LBS and up||$76.95|
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Some of our items are printed upon order, please give a day or two for these items to be printed by our provider. Once your order is packaged, we will send you and email with your tracking information.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days which are Monday through Friday
To ensure your order is processed on the same day please place your order before 5PM EST. If you order is placed after 5:00PM EST, your order will be processed the nest business day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
